Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an unworn item in new condition for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error it will not be refunded.
Once your unworn item in new condition is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If your item has a defect in construction, will provide a replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date at no additional cost to you.
Instructions for Returning an Item:
1. Please complete this form including product information. Once you submit the form someone will contact you with the shipping details and a return reference number.
2: Once you receive your shipping details print off your return label and ship it back to us. Please don't forget to include your original receipt with the return reference number on it, your name, and an explanation for the return.
